Statement Highlights

The ISEA Foundation stresses that despite technological progress in the Fourth Industrial Revolution, global inequality and exclusion have worsened. To address this, they propose a blockchain-based platform guaranteeing seven survival human rights: food, sleep, emergency care, mobility, communication, education, and access to information.

This platform, supported by GBFC, was tested during the COVID-19 pandemic and is designed to include even those without digital identities. It offers a cost-effective, transparent system for distributing aid and managing financial sovereignty. The ISEA Foundation calls for governments and the UN to adopt this model in early stages of smart city planning and welfare infrastructure.

"Now is the time to build a system where no one is left behind. A platform that guarantees survival rights is no longer optional—it is essential."
